Finance Analyst | London (Hybrid) | Media & Entertainment | £50,000 to £60,000 + market leading bonus
A leading Media company is searching for a new Finance Analyst.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this moving and diverse business in a time of growth both domestically and internationally.
In this role, the Analyst will take charge of financial modelling and analysis, conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, and provide support to the investment team in the execution of investments. Additionally, responsibilities include assisting in monitoring portfolio company performance and conducting continuous financial analysis.
The Finance Analyst will also be responsible for providing monthly P&L variance analysis and insight into commercial performance. You will also play a leading role in the budgeting & forecasting process and the regular reporting/commentary packs for senior management.
* Budgeting & forecasting
* Long range planning
* Financial Modelling and Analysis
* M&A activity, due diligence and partnering directly with the investment team.
* Business case work
* Ad-hoc financial modelling around projects and data analysis
* Driving process improvements
* Assisting with presentations to c-suite stakeholders
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a transaction services or deal advisory background from a top 10 practice.
