We are looking for a business support coordinator to join our Mitie team to provide administrative support to a national client on their non-trading estate across their UK portfolio.
MAIN DUTIES
You will be working on a national helpdesk managing and supporting a high value client across their UK non-trading portfolio. The role requires someone this is able to:
1. Answer calls, log information received, and progress calls through to closure in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with agreed SLA's and procedures.
2. Ensure that you are fully conversant and compliant with Account processes.
3. Fully support the Customer by establishing and maintaining an organised, structured and well managed working environment.
4. Exceed customer expectations and deliver a first-class customer service.
5. Communicate effectively with Internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
6. Have the ability to use and manage online systems to ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
7. Assist with organising stakeholders for services on the mobilisation and termination of sites.
8. Improve and maintain the integrity of the data produced and sent to the client.
9. To conduct Mitie and contract training when required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ideally we are looking for someone with an administrative or customer services background, you should have strong IT skills with Microsoft office, have provided a good customer services experience, be able to prioritise, multi-task and be able to work to deadlines.
