Recruitment Consultant (WARM accounts) and Junior Recruitment Executive required. Experienced and Graduate/trainee roles available with full training and support provided.
Education requirements: Must have A levels or equivalent college qualifications or higher education equivalent.
Basic Salary: £16,000 - £28,000/annum dependent on experience plus commission.
Added commission earnings: +£15,000, YR1 (*uncapped), Yr2 add 10k, Yr 3 10k and so on. Take home salary Yr 1 circa £40,000. Yr2 £50,000. Yr 3 £60,000.

Responsibilities include: Candidate sourcing and Account Management - into existing WARM accounts. Training to develop new client relationships of your own. The crux of the role will be to deliver into existing key client relationships and accounts via candidate sourcing. This will be done through a multi-channel approach including internal and external resources; inclusive of the world-leading CRM system Bullhorn, major job boards, LinkedIn, forums and social media.
The Successful Applicant: You will need to possess the following skills: Side before self-attitude coupled with a sociable, inquisitive, resilient, thick-skinned, focused and ambitious character. Ideally an interest in IT/TECH. Ability to communicate and engage with new people constantly. Competitive but grounded – the desire for success and a hatred of coming 2nd. Enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to be self-deprecating.
