Project Manager Belfast - Travel Nationwide (Company Car Provided) Salary: Up to £60k (room for negotiation DOE) Full-Time/Permanent BlackFox Solutions are working with an award-winning Construction company to appoint a new Project Manager to optimise performance through effective management of projects nationwide. The Role: Project Management: Oversee projects, ensuring compliance with standards, budgets, timelines, and relevant legislation (CDM, HASAWA, NRSWA, C.O.S.H.H.), while managing sub-contracts and identifying commercial opportunities. Health and Safety: Implement safety rules, conduct risk assessments, monitor safety practices, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Report and investigate accidents and near-misses. Planning and Organising: Allocate resources, set project timelines, and liaise with customers to manage critical dates. Provide updates in line with business objectives. People Management: Lead teams for efficient project implementation, review staff performance, and identify training needs while promoting knowledge sharing across M&M. Customer and Quality Focus: Build and maintain customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality work standards are met while driving continuous improvement in M&M's processes. The Person: Relevant 3rd level qualification Qualification in Project Management Certified in: First Aid Manual Handling Driving NRASWA SMSTS SHEA Power Experienced in managing large/multiple projects within construction/utilities Demonstrable Project Management skills Excellent IT skills Sound knowledge of H&S, CDM regulations, HAUC and NEC Contracts.
