💰 Salary: £28,000 + additional benefits
🌎 Location: Remote (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM UK time)
Role Overview:
As a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for their US clients, offering exceptional service and support in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Customer Support: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and Livechat, providing excellent service.
🔹 Sales & Orders: Process sales orders and payments, offering tailored recommendations.
🔹 CRM Management: Maintain customer records and update notes in Salesforce.
🔹 Quality & Compliance: Follow company protocols and ensure adherence to their Quality Management System (QMS).
🔹 Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and report non-conformances to management.
🔹 KPI Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
Desired Skills:
✔️ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Spanish (both verbal and written).
✔️ Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a similar role (ideally in a sales/customer service environment).
✔️ Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, data entry, and ideally, Salesforce.
✔️ Remote Work: Able to work independently during US Eastern Standard Time (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST / 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM UK time).
✔️ Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Flexible & Proactive: Willingness to adapt to different shifts and a self-driven attitude.
