Receptionist Required
Part-time, 20 hours per week: Mondays and Tuesdays 8.00am to 4.00pm, Wednesdays 8.00am to 1.00pm
Term Time plus 40 additional hours (days during school closure periods to be agreed)
Scale 4, Actual Annual Salary Currently £11,587.00
Trinity Academy has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our reception team. This is an ambassadorial role, with the Receptionist creating first and lasting impressions of Trinity Academy for the hundreds of people who visit or contact us. A confident and genuinely warm and friendly manner is essential, together with the ability to put people at their ease and make them feel welcome. Multi-tasking is an essential skill in a busy school where the Receptionist is the first port of call for students needing support, parents with enquiries, staff requiring information, general enquiries and much more.
We are looking for a team member who:
* has administration experience in a high quality, customer focused environment;
* has a strong work ethic, high personal work standards and attention to detail;
* is able to work supportively as a member of a team in order to deliver the team’s objectives, with good interpersonal skills;
* has a positive attitude and embraces change leading to improvement;
* has experience of working in a fast paced environment.
