Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and valued
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their learning journey
4. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and stimulating curriculum that promotes academic achievement and personal development
5. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership
6. Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching practice and contribute to school improvement
7. Uphold the school's values and ethos, promoting respect, kindness, and a love for learning in all aspects of school life
Requirements:
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
9. Experience teaching in a primary school setting preferred
10. Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
12. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons
13. Reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous professional development and self-improvement
