WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
* Ensure the location achieves financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
* Monitor the work of all staff and carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential
* Hold team meetings to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information
* Work with the Operations Manager to prepare budgets; achieve and maintain the food cost in accordance with the budget
* Develop and evolve all clients services at location, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
* You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for food & service, with a strong eye for detail in service standards, innovation and merchandising
* You provide a professional catering service, ensuring company standards are maintained and Client expectations are met
* Have experience in an Assistant General Manager or General Manager role in contract catering or hospitality
* Thrive on delivering a great customer experience and leading by example
* Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
* Must be able to secure an airside ID
