As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with special educational needs, ensuring they feel included, supported, and empowered to thrive in their learning journey.
Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment that supports their emotional and academic development.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and SEN coordinators to develop and deliver personalised learning strategies.
Adapt activities to suit the child's unique needs while encouraging independence and confidence.
This is a full-time role, starting ASAP, with a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate. If you shine in this role, you could secure a permanent position and become a valued member of our supportive team!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
