An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, a global market-leading manufacturing organisation based in Mid Kent.
This role plays a key part in driving the people strategy, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to employees and senior stakeholders. You will provide expert HR guidance, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Duties include:
Provide expert HR guidance to management
Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances
Promote employee engagement and workplace wellbeing
Conduct workplace investigations and ensure fair outcomes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Train managers on employment law and HR best practices
Support organisational changes, including restructures
Analyse HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations
Lead recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
Oversee wellbeing initiatives and HR projects
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
Proven HR experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on employee relations
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent)
Proficiency in Workday or similar HR systems
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives and improvements
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong working relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
Adaptable and proactive, with a solution-focused approach to challenges
Strong time management and organisational skills
Resilient and confident in handling complex HR matters
