Hours: Full-Time (Thursday – Monday or Saturday – Wednesday) – Flexibility Required

Are you a passionate and experienced New Homes Sales Consultant looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a dedicated sales professional to join our team in Burton, with the possibility of a floating role across nearby locations.
The Role:
* Engaging with prospective buyers and guiding them through the purchasing process
* Providing expert knowledge on available homes and developments
* Managing reservations, contracts, and aftercare support
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
* Ensuring show homes and marketing suites are presented to the highest standard
* Liaising with site managers, mortgage advisors, and solicitors
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in new homes sales (essential)
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends (Thursday–Monday or Saturday–Wednesday)
* A passion for property and delivering an exceptional customer experience
