Advertising Sales Account Executive London (Hybrid, 40% in office) £30,000 + bonus + Benefits
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Account Executive to join as a founding member of our emerging Trainline ad sales team. Working closely with the Head Of Ad Sales UK, through a consultative approach you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising solutions to new and existing clients. You will build strong relationships, identify client needs, and develop tailored advertising strategies to maximize ROI.
As an Advertising Sales Account Executive at Trainline, you will...
* Generate new business and manage a portfolio of clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing goals and providing tailored advertising solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
* Work closely with clients to develop effective digital advertising campaigns across the Trainline platform.
* Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales efficiently.
* Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client objectives.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new advertising opportunities.
* Track campaign performance and provide clients with insightful reports to demonstrate ROI.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in advertising sales, or media sales. Previous experience selling to media agencies is a must.
* Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising solutions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software such as Salesforce is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
