Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new opportunity?
We are looking for an Office Administrator who will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring our office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
We are happy to consider full time or part time hours for this role over 5 days a week.
The Role:
* Acting as a first point of contact for all our visitors ensuring they are welcomed.
* Overseeing and managing the COO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while anticipating conflicts and ensuring optimal time management.
* Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support seamless daily operations.
* Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and parcels making sure they are dealt with in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience:
* Prior experience as an Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
