The Role
As our Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of key contracts across South Lanarkshire.
You will be responsible for project planning and delivery, ensuring the effective completion of M&E works while identifying cost efficiencies and supply chain improvements.
Ensuring projects are successfully planned, mobilised, and executed to meet agreed timelines and budgets, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
You will also manage health, safety, and compliance, ensuring that all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are in place and that engineers’ gas certificates align with regulatory standards.
Additionally, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Oversee reactive maintenance and any additional works required
- Supervise subcontractors
- Maintain accurate project records in line with GDPR and company procedures
About You
To be considered as our Project Manager, you will need:
- Previous experience managing multiple sites
- Experience in building services, M&E Systems, and renewable energy technologies
- The ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to CHP systems, heat pumps, communal heating, district heating, and commercial plant rooms
- An NVQ Level 3 Heating & Ventilation qualification (or equivalent)
- An ECS Grade card (Project Manager) and SMSTS Certification
Please note, travel will be required on a regular basis to other operating locations.
