Pinetree Hospital is a 29-bed independent hospital located close to Cardiff city centre and offers accommodation split across single-gender units and bespoke single person apartments.

You can see more about the outcomes and the work we do here https://www.iriscaregroup.co.uk/hospitals/pinetree-court-hospital/overview/ As the Hospital Director at Pinetree Hospital, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the experienced and established teams, and other external stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance, whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
To be successful as a Hospital Director, you must: ·Hold a relevant Nursing Qualification.
·Have an excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector.
·Have experience and knowledge in Positive Behaviour Support and other modern approaches to evidence-based care and treatment for people with a learning disability ·Have strong commercial acumen to support successful service delivery and development.
Have experience of budget control, business development and revenue generation.
·Be an inclusive and supportive manager, balanced with strong leadership to provide direction and implement change.
·Have experience working with external agencies such as HIW, local Safeguarding teams, Commissioning teams.
Have a commitment to a person-centred approach to deliver high quality services which enable individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
