We are looking for a first-class apprentice to join our marketing team, specifically someone eager to begin their journey in business-to-business marketing. The key function of this role is to assist our Associate Marketing Manager with day-to-day digital marketing activities. Full training and support will be provided, as well as opportunities to develop and excel in your position at Rapid X.
Rapid X is an independent specialist provider of digital transformation consulting services, focusing primarily on SAP products and services, specifically SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and third-party lifecycle management tools.
Your key duties will include assisting the Associate Marketing Manager in effectively marketing our established products and services. You will support the company at all levels with the design, development, and publication of marketing materials, as well as lead generation, prospecting, and providing support through all stages of the sales lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will help plan, develop, create and evaluate content for Rapid X. Tasks will include but are not limited to:
* Acting as the marketing administrative function, including general correspondence, documentation and record keeping.
* Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, website development, blogs, etc.).
* Help organise and promote events, award events and customer experience days.
* Maintain internal day-to-day relationships with consultants to ensure effective internal communications around marketing and events.
* Provide internal administrative support.
* Support SEO efforts to improve online viability and search rankings.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team on creating and implementing campaigns.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Drive online traffic and lead generation with web-related campaigns, advertising and landing pages.
* Assist in design work and creating printed and online collateral using Canva, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
* Provide proofreading support where needed.
* Perform any other duties as required, aligned with the role’s nature and responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
* Basic understanding of marketing principles.
* Good communication and writing skills.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) and some knowledge of content management systems.
* A minimum of grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
