The Williams STEM program is an exciting new venture, aiming to teach children about STEM concepts and careers while building the next generation of Williams fans. As a Museum Experience Guide, you will deliver unforgettable experiences from the Williams Racing Museum, ensuring every visitor leaves with a memorable and enriching experience. Your role will be key to delivering our STEM program primarily focusing on young people during our STEM Experience days as well as engaging with internal employees, stakeholders, partners, sponsors, VIP visitors, and more. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support to the STEM team, contributing to the smooth execution of events to enhance the Williams brand experience and reputation. Main Duties: Lead Tours: Conduct engaging and informative tours of the Williams Racing museum, the majority of which will be STEM-oriented with youth participants aged 8-15, linking examples back to the classroom through alignment with the curriculum and STEM subjects, where appropriate. Engage and Excite: Provide a compelling overview of F1 as an industry to participants, leveraging and creating scripts and bringing in up to date content. Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring a first-class experience for all attendees. Visitor Engagement: Welcome and host visitors at the Experience Centre ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable visit, interacting professionally and personably with a diverse range of visitors for STEM, corporate, public and internal events making all feel welcome and valued. F1 Enthusiasm and Knowledge: Share you extensive knowledge and passion for F1 with visitors bringing the sport and Williams story to life through history and anecdotes. Administrative support: Aid the STEM team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of events which may include support in other areas including but not limited to room arrangement, logistics, Esports hosting and AV support. Brand champion: Ensuring the Williams brand is represented correctly and consistently across all Content output Key Accountabilities: Understand and work in line with Williams Values & Behaviours, encouraging others to do the same. Ensure understanding of and compliance with health and safety obligations. Maintain personal high standards of behaviour and conduct, being a positive ambassador for the department. Ensure you adhere to brand rules and maintain high standards of department presentation. Work to quality standards and identify and contribute ways to continuously improve department and personal performance. Ensure understanding of cost cap rules and requirements. Exceptional ability to present information in an engaging and captivating manner. Polite, tactful and assertive, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people. Willingness to work as required to meet the needs of the business. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when necessary.
