If you’re looking for a role where your contribution genuinely matters and is appreciated, we’d love to meet you The Role As our Logistics, Webstore & Fulfilment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our logistics operations run seamlessly, from coordinating UK and International outbound shipments to maintaining key supplier relationships. You’ll work closely with our Production and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery processes, manage logistics for client events and keep our digital webstore products updated. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of tasks, solving challenges, and driving efficiencies that positively impact our bottom line. Key Responsibilities Outward Shipping Coordination: Coordinate all outward shipping of Direct Mail and Bulk Shipments to clients, including liaising between the project and warehouse teams, booking couriers, generating address labels, resolving export issues, and tracking deliveries to ensure the successful and timely delivery of client projects. Event Logistics Management: Oversee logistics for client events by ensuring that the right items are delivered to event venues on time and retrieved efficiently, supporting smooth and effective event execution. Logistics Data & Admin: Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for monthly shipments to call-off clients, while maintaining comprehensive records to drive informed decision-making. Logistics Supplier Relationships: Build and manage strong relationships with third-party storage and shipping providers and our four existing courier companies to support streamlined operations and high-quality service. Digital Products Maintenance: Ensure that digital services and product details are consistently updated, including creating and maintaining merchandise webstores, to support accurate client deliveries and communications. GDPR Support: Support data protection compliance by ensuring that all logistics activities align with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations, safeguarding client and business information. Skills & Experience Required IT Proficiency : Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word (mail merging). Shipping Experience : Familiarity with UK and international shipping regulations, customs processes, and HS tariff codes. Web Maintenance (preferred): Experience with basic website build and management on platforms like WordPress or Shopify. Coding Skills (a plus): Knowledge of HTML, Liquid, or Ruby is advantageous.
