Your analytical skills will be essential in transforming data and assumptions into actionable business plans and scenarios that inform our decision-making and drive growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives and provide financial insights that support our operations. What you’ll be doing as our FP&A Analyst: Financial Planning: Assist in the development of the annual budget and routine forecasting. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and assumptions. Understand process and cost improvements and implement changes to the forecasting software, validating outputs. Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted results each month. Identify key financial drivers and trends to support tactical and strategic decision-making. Generate ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management. Financial Modelling: Develop and improve the modelling/ budgeting software currently in use. Create and maintain financial models to support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis. Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes. Business Insights: To develop a deep understanding of how the businesses operates and how financial and or operational decisions impact performance. Be able to make recommendations based on financial data and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Month-End and routine Tasks: Perform detailed analyses of actual financial results against budget and forecast. Contribute to month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Skills, Knowledge and Experience you will need as our FP&A Analyst: To be able to present complex financials in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Proactive, communicate effectively and influence change, have strong problem solving skills and have excellent organisational skills Motivated self-starter with the desire to progress alongside an ambitious company Nice to have: Experience using SAP Business One Experience using Jedox Need to have: An accountancy qualification is required At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
