The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Team Leader (Night Awake) Job Ref: 25-033-NTLMH-CROFT-WEB Job Role: Team Leader - Night Awake Location: Croft communites BT20 4UR Salary: £13.74 per hour Hours: 24.5 hours & 36.75 per week (07:45pm-8:00am) Flexibility is required to ensure the needs of the service are met. The Service Croft Communities Residential & Respite Services provide residential support to adults with learning disabilities. Mayne House is registered with RQIA to provide residential care to 9 service users with learning disability. Croft Lodge is a seven-bed wheelchair-friendly respite unit which provides adults with learning-disabilities the opportunity to come and enjoy a break with us. The Role As part of the Living Options Services, the Team Leader will be a part of the management team and As part of the Living Options Services, the Team Leader will be a part of the management team and will support the Registered Manager to meet the Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and DHSSPS Residential Care Homes Minimum Standards, August 2011. They will: Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs. Support the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of quality care and support. Support with the management budgets and resources. The Team Leader will mentor and supervise the Support Team. Team Leaders must be available to work flexibly and for unsociable hours and public holidays on a rotational basis. Two years' previous experience in a social care setting providing support/care. Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities. High level of competency in IT to include Microsoft Office package.
