Main criteria:
* At least 2 years’ experience either as a Chef De Partie or Sous Chef
* Between £28,000 £34,000 a year (depending on experience), plus weekly & monthly tips (can be an extra £3000-£5000 per year)
* Full time.
Role:
* As the CDP/Sous, You will assist the Head Chef with leading the kitchen and deputise in their absence.
* You will help lead the team and ensure high standards are met and great food is served daily to the company specifications.
* You will ensure all Health and Safety processes are in place and maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating.
* You will assist in achieving site GP targets as well as managing stock and labour costs.
