Role Overview
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our Members receive a warm and friendly welcome and that any queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally. You will be expected to deliver exceptional service to both Club Members and Guests, maintaining cleanliness and health & safety standards at all times.

Your Responsibilities
* Assist with room setups, table clearing, food delivery, beverage preparation, and delivery.
* Build food and beverage knowledge to understand the menus and offer suggestions.
* Complete all assigned training within given timeframes.
* Maintain cleanliness in Member and work areas with a Clean As You Go standard.
* Keep work area well stocked at the beginning and end of shifts.
* Support a collaborative team environment, maintaining friendly positive behaviour with colleagues and Members.
* Ensure the day-to-day maintenance of all equipment used and report issues.
* Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance, adhering to uniform standards.
* Observe Health and Safety regulations and report any irregularities to management.
* Complete any other reasonable tasks as requested.
* Exhibit confidence with good listening skills.
* Ensure all duties are completed within our Customer Service values at all times.
Requirements
You should have exceptional customer service skills, be a clear communicator, and demonstrate great teamwork. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided on the job. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential and forms part of our One Team ethos.
