As part of Thompson Commercials Ltd, you’ll represent a family of industry-leading brands in commercial vehicles, fabrication, financial services, leasing, and refinishing solutions. We are on the lookout for a talented and innovative Group Brand Marketing and Events Coordinator who will help increase our brands' visibility, drive engagement, and organize high-quality events. This role offers the creative freedom to bring your ideas to life across all our sister companies.
Salary from £30k per year
Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and implementing impactful marketing strategies and events across multiple brands, from digital campaigns to professional events. You’ll work directly for Thompson Commercials Ltd, covering all sister companies, with the flexibility to introduce new concepts and approaches to enhance brand exposure.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective brand strategies that strengthen the visibility and appeal of each company within our group.
2. Marketing Campaigns: Create multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, web content, and print, to reach target audiences and increase brand engagement.
3. Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and manage events such as trade shows, customer events, and brand activations, ensuring each aligns with our brand’s professional standards.
4. Creative Freedom: Apply your innovative ideas to drive brand growth and expand audience reach in exciting, impactful ways.
5. Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work closely with teams across all companies to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication of each brand’s value.
6. Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyse marketing and event results, providing insights to refine and improve future initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Proven experience in brand marketing, event management, or a related field
2. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
3. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media
4. A creative mindset with the confidence to introduce new ideas
5. Ability to manage multiple brands and projects with attention to detail
