Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry to identify the best talent for our clients.
* Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Leverage various sourcing methods to find and attract high-caliber executive candidates.
* Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the highest level of candidate experience and client satisfaction.
* Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in executive recruitment, preferably within the finance sector.
* A proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
* Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms for sourcing and managing candidates.
Qualifications:
* Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
* At least 5 years of executive recruitment experience, with a focus on finance-related roles.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
