Description: Xeinadin Corporate Finance is an extremely experienced team that is part of an award-winning multi-disciplinary group of accountants and business advisers. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, supporting and inspiring businesses to grow and has experience of working in a similar practice role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake research on potential purchasers and other businesses.
2. Preparing detailed forecasts and business plans.
3. Liaising with potential funders, clients, and business owners.
4. Attending business development and networking meetings or events.
5. Reviewing businesses for sale (from various sources) and matching to clients who may be interested.
6. Researching for multiples/PE ratios for valuations and in early stages of disposals, with a view to developing businesses for disposal/MBO process.
7. Preparation of valuation reports.
Key Requirements:
1. ACA or ACCA qualified, or QBE.

2. Confident in front of clients and others more senior than you and not afraid to challenge where necessary.
3. A formal and professional manner, able to reflect on difficult situations in order to resolve problems.

5. Relentless in problem solving, providing solutions in a timely and thorough manner.
6. Able to juggle a number of jobs, whilst demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met.
