We have an exciting opportunity to become our room leader.
You must be an experienced Nursery nurse or Nursery Practitioner, confident and eager to lead others, ready to embark in your next step of your career.
· Lead the team of early years educators/ Nursery Nurses/ Nursery Practitioners with a hands on approach
· Model and monitor best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines
· Work closely with your team to create a shared vision of your room
· Supervise, support, and allocate tasks and duties to your team of Nursery Practitioners
· Support with new starter inductions, welcoming them to the team
· Performance management when required through supervisions and one to one meeting’s
· Deputise in the absence of Senior Management
