Surrey County Council is seeking to appoint four dynamic and innovative Consultants in Public Health, with strong leadership and technical skills and a real commitment to improving population health, protecting health and reducing health inequalities.
Main duties of the job
These roles have a salary of £79,260 - £87,153 per annum, plus an annual market supplement of £10,000, based on a 36-hour working week. You will be based at Woodhatch Place, Reigate, Surrey, but with flexibility to work from other offices in Surrey including Woking and Guildford, complemented by some home working. These roles are full-time; however, part-time applications will be considered.

The Public Health and Communities team have well-developed relationships across the Council and with partners. The team sits in the Adults, Wellbeing and Health Partnership directorate, leading health and wellbeing initiatives across Surrey. Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered as a Public Health Specialist
Experience
* A strong background in Public Health who is politically astute, analytical, and has well-developed partnership skills.
