Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (DOE)

About the Role
Ready to shape the future of a fast-growing tech-driven company? Our client is seeking to appoint a Head of HR to take on a greenfield opportunity to build and lead an HR function from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in driving organisational growth, employee engagement, and international expansion strategy in an innovative and scaling startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Strategy & Leadership: Design and execute HR strategies that align with high-growth objectives and international expansion goals.
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, helping attract top talent in the competitive tech market.
* Employee Engagement & Culture: Create initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
* Compliance & HR Operations: Implement HR policies, systems, and processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
* Performance & Development: Develop a robust appraisal and training program, ensuring our team grows with the business.
* Compensation & Benefits: Optimize competitive pay structures and benefits that support employee satisfaction and retention.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as an HR Manager in a scaling startup or tech-driven environment.
* Strong strategic HR background with experience supporting high-growth and/or international teams.
* Action-oriented, people-focused, with a knack for building an engaging work culture.
* Solid knowledge of UK labour laws and HR best practices.
