Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:
* The Client Experience Leader, Commercial Risk, leads, mentors, coaches, hires, develops, and evaluates the team of Account Managers. They ensure the delivery of world-class service to all current and prospective clients. Responsible for identifying key performance metrics that contribute to growth, profitability, and innovation of the CRMG. Ensures that measures are scalable and consistent across CRMG.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partner with the Managing Director and partners to execute client segmentation strategies to meet business, profitability, and retention goals in a collaborative environment.
* Lead strategies to enhance the client experience.
* Maintain high client retention.
* Ensure workflow efficiency and operational execution.
* Lead service team integration projects.
* Manage insurance company partner relationships, including team meetings and training on market updates.
* Coach, mentor, manage, and support professional development of team members to build bench strength.
* Foster an environment of open communication and high morale.
* Oversee daily operations, provide direction, and hold team accountable.
* Conduct annual performance reviews and collaborate with the Managing Director on team performance for compensation decisions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Certification(s): None required or preferred.
* Licenses: Maintain all licenses required by the State Department of Insurance where the firm operates.
* Experience: 10 years of commercial insurance experience required; 5 years supporting clients in industries such as oil and gas, renewable energy, or natural resources preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
* High level of technical insurance knowledge.
* Ability to manage performance and adhere to workflows and processes.
* Develop effective strategies and motivate team colleagues.
* Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Aligns with the organization’s core values and culture.
TECHNICAL, COMPUTER, AND SYSTEM-SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to learn other software systems used by the firm.
