You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting individuals who are homeless and have an understanding of harm reduction strategies. Job duties will include: To support the effective day to day running of the service To deliver a high degree of support to the service users, empowering them to manage their own lives To ensure the needs of the service users are met on a daily basis, in line with support plans Ensuring that records are kept up to date and maintained To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team To ensure all health and safety standards are met To provide effective communication to colleagues in relation to the service users Benefits: Robust and comprehensive induction Supervision and support model - receive one to one time with line manager on a 4–6-week basis.
