Minimum Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in developing robust backend solutions using Python and Django, ensuring high performance and scalability.
2. Proficiency in building and maintaining Java applications, with a strong understanding of Java frameworks and libraries.
3. Experience in developing efficient and scalable applications using Golang would be preferable.
4. Expertise in frontend development using JavaScript and Angular, creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
5. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring efficient deployment and management of applications.
6. Experience in defining and running multi-container Docker applications using Docker Compose.
7. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience in automating workflows using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
8. Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon SNS, and other cloud infrastructure components.
9. Proficiency in using Redis for caching and RabbitMQ for message queuing, ensuring efficient data processing and communication.
10. Expertise in managing databases, optimizing SQL queries, and ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage.
11. Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly Amazon DynamoDB, for scalable and high-performance data management.
12. Proven experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
13. Experience in delivering applications with a strong focus on cybersecurity, implementing best practices to protect data and systems.
14. Proficiency in using source code management systems and implementing effective branching strategies to streamline development workflows.
15. Excellent communicator who promotes effective collaboration with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
16. Demonstrable experience as a servant leader who empowers and supports colleagues to reach their potential.
17. Track record in proactively identifying problems and developing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
