We're looking for a IT System Integration Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team
Location: Nationwide- hybrid working with regular travel across the UK visiting contracts
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks business designs, builds and maintains vital infrastructure assets across the water, energy and telecoms sectors and we are recruiting for a System Delivery Manager, to drive a standard, consistent approach to onboarding digital systems and driving user engagement.
What will you be responsible for?
As IT System Integration Manager, you will manage new project demands for systems, interfacing with project teams to ensure details are understood and work closely with the Business System Manager and IT to triage and prioritise work loads.
You will troubleshoot any system challenges, make recommendations for best use, and bring development suggestions back into the team. Integral to this role is working closely with the BST (Business System Team) to ensure their requirements are met and looking for continued improvement opportunities to gain maximum return on investment from our software.
Your day to day will include:
* Manage initial project engagement queries and communications, reviewing all new project requests to highlight any issues/ challenges prior to distributing to the BST
* Creation and onboarding of new projects
* Chair product control group calls and action output to support end users
* Testing of new system feature developments
* Lead the ongoing enhancement of Kier's digital maturity, driving continuous improvement in adoption of external digital solutions & supporting the business in achieving it's strategic objectives
What are we looking for?
This role of IT System Integration Manager is great for you if you hold:
* Experience with onboarding and implementing systems with detailed knowledge of digital construction
* High level of digital competency
* Building Information Modelling (BIM) and information management awareness
* Full driving licence
