By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a sociable young boy in Blackpool.

Main duties of the job
Pay Rates:
5. £ - £ per hour
6. Approx. £ - £ (per 8-hour day shift)
Shifts Available:
7. Full Time & Part Time Days
8. 2-3 shifts per week
9. 8am -4pm (Monday to Friday)
10. 6pm - 9pm (Monday's)
11. 12pm - 7pm-hour (Saturday's)
Essential Experience:
12. 3 months previous care experience
13. Medication administration
14. Personal care
15. Moving and handling

Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
