Do you currently work for another brokerage, bank, or estate agent and are looking to establish yourself independently? Do you have a friendly and approachable personality and get that warm and satisfying feeling inside when you have made your clients' dreams come true? Then we might just be what you’re looking for.
It would be ideal, but not essential, to have a current client bank that you can service. Being highly visible on social media with strong networking capabilities is strongly recommended to keep those good news stories (and commissions) coming in.
We offer some of the best commission splits on the market with a wealth of experience to call upon to place those extra tricky cases.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL LOOK LIKE:
We require that you competently provide mortgage advice to clients within FCA guidelines. You will be responsible for giving independent mortgage and protection advice and making recommendations on products from the whole of the market.
Be your own boss! No micromanagement or sales targets with the flexibility to control your own diary and work the days/hours that suit you. You will have the opportunity to work from home (or wherever suits you!) or work with us from our office based in Leicestershire!
KEY REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CeMap, CII or MAQ qualified
2. At least 12 months recent industry experience (broker or banking background)
3. A friendly, positive, and approachable outlook
4. Ambitious and driven to grow your business
5. Keeping up to date with products and criteria in the ever-changing mortgage market
6. Complying at all times with the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the FCA Principles, Rules, and Conduct Rules
