Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Employer and Skills Services, the role will be aimed at supporting the performance of the Specialist employment Services Contracts through the development and management of effective and productive relationships with employers and localised networks. The post holder will manage a team on Employer Engagement Leads and Vacancy coordinators to provide employer engagement support to drive performance objectives, deliver sales tools, manage accounts, support recruitment initiatives, drive participant employment outcomes and provide expert insights and guidance.
Essential:
You will have:
1. 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications
2. Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
3. Strong track record of successfully working to targets and KPIs
4. Experience in successfully managing and progressing clients or customers meet agreed goals and ambitions
5. Experience of working with external stakeholders in providing exceptional customer progression routes, working with employers, local authorities, health services or voluntary sector organisations
