Location: Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds or Halifax
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Hybrid (at least two days per week at one of our office sites)
Salary Range: £38,295 - £42,550

About this opportunity
The Sourcing and Research team delivers candidate sourcing, research and market intelligence solutions to support the direct hiring activities of Lloyds Banking Group Specialised Recruitment team. As a Senior Sourcer, you'll play a pivotal role, setting higher standards for talent quality by crafting sourcing strategies aligned with ambitious talent acquisition goals and proactively finding top passive and diverse talent available in the market.
What we need from you!
* Strategic sourcing methods by utilising advanced tools and techniques to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates, particularly for Technology and Data business units.
* Deep knowledge of market intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Horsefly and web-based researching techniques.
* Understanding of direct sourcing and talent research methods using various channels and databases.
* Take an active role in guiding candidates through the recruitment journey.
* Contributing insights to enhance existing sourcing methodologies and adopting more advanced technologies.
* Utilising a strategic approach to gain a deeper understanding of organisational goals.
* Collaboration at this level extends to mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
What you'll need
* Tech and Data recruitment: Experience in tech & data sourcing and recruitment in a large complex environment.
* Advanced external sourcing: Build and implement sourcing strategies that can deliver high quality candidates.
* Stakeholder Management: Lead multiple partners with contending priorities.
* Candidate Experience: Understand the needs of candidates and improve the recruitment journey.
* Data and Reporting: Strong data and reporting skills.
* Business Acumen: Understanding of the industry landscape and market dynamics.
* In-house recruitment: Experience in in-house recruitment to support the business.
And any experience of these would be really useful
* Experience in using Workday, Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights and Avature.
