Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Quality Manager to lead their quality team. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards across the organisation, improving processes, and promoting a continuous improvement culture. You will also lead the team in meeting quality goals and compliance with key standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company’s quality strategy, setting clear goals and priorities.
• Ensure the business is always ready for audits and maintains high-quality standards.
• Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and improve the quality management systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and UKAS 17025 accreditation standards.
• Mentor and train staff on quality practices and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive better results.

Skills & Experience:
• Professional qualification in quality management with proven experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role (experience in a lab or science environment is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of UKAS 17025 standards.
• Experience with LEAN principles and continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
