What You ll Do
* Lead & Inspire: Manage and deliver occupational therapy services within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, using the BIRT Neurobehavioral model.
* Transform Care: Create, assess, and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals with complex neurological conditions, focused on both rehabilitation and independence.
* Collaborate Holistically: Work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, person-centred care.
* Mentor & Develop: Guide and support rehabilitation support workers, providing leadership, oversight, and professional development opportunities.
* Champion Quality: Conduct thorough risk assessments, ensure compliance with RCOT standards, and actively contribute to clinical governance, service innovation, and care quality improvement.
About You
We re looking for a dedicated and driven professional who brings:
* Qualifications: A Diploma/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, with registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Experience: Extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation, with a proven ability to manage complex cases and provide high-quality care.
* Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, capable of working autonomously while guiding a team to excellence.
* Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing patient-centred care and promoting a positive team culture.
* Innovation: A proactive approach to continuous professional development and a passion for driving service enhancements.
