We are recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor to join one of my clients. This exciting full-time opportunity offers the chance to support multiple sites across the Southeast for the next 12 months, covering a secondment.
The role comes with a salary of £31K and hybrid contract.

In this role, you’ll provide guidance on ER matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management. You will also support managers through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Additionally, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and employment law, ensuring the business remains compliant.
We’re looking for someone with proven HR advisory experience, particularly in employee relations, who has a strong understanding of UK employment law and can offer practical, clear advice.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
