Senior Operations Manager – £70k – London – Contract Catering
My client is looking to add an innovative, creative, commercial, polished Operations Manager to their team covering central London. We are looking for a real foodie operator, someone who has plenty of energy, charisma and is looking to grow with a great high-end company. Someone from a commercial environment with multi-client and multisite experience within Contract Catering would really suit this position. High-end Contract Catering B&I experience is a must for this one.
About the position:
You will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service is delivered across your portfolio whilst managing your client's expectations. Team development will be one of your key strengths and an ability to stay ahead of the game whilst always looking to continuously improve the offer. My client covers staff dining, retail, vending, fine dining, and executive hospitality. It's essential that you are innovative, creative, and up to speed on all current food trends within the London B&I market.
Ideal B&I Operations Manager:
* Multisite experience within High-end Contract Catering is essential
* Experience with the sales process and presenting
* Passion for food and customer service
* Excellent business acumen
* Motivator of staff with excellent client relationships
* Excellent management skills
* IT literate
* Looking for bags of personality and charisma
* Innovative & creative in your approach
* Invested in the industry and happy to be an ambassador for my client at all stages
