It is however highly desirable to hold a relevant level 3/4 qualification. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join our team. You will have strong experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and will be comfortable handling a range of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for liaising with learners and parents, managing multiple diaries to arrange meetings, taking notes and recording actions at meetings, and handling telephone and email enquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing disciplinaries, bookings for part-time courses and carrying out financial administrative tasks, such as processing payments and maintaining accurate records. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, with excellent grammar and spelling skills, and have experience in minute-taking to produce clear, concise meeting records. You will show initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks in a structured and organised way, as well as flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of situations in a growing and evolving environment. Confidence in communicating with college staff, learners, and the public is essential, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
