Job Description
A leading bank is expanding its Client Services team and is seeking a permanent client onboarding specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery.
The ideal Client Service Analyst will have experience in:
* Managing client onboarding process
* Be the first point of contact for support, analysing customer data, and identifying trends
* Provide insight to enhance customer satisfaction
The client is looking for someone with ideally:
* 2 years' experience within the financial services sector ( Ideally Middle Office)
* Excellent customer service experience and knowledge of Hubspot (CRM system)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skill set
* Track record facing off to stakeholders and customers
This role is paying up to £40,000 with additional benefits! Ideally, the individual would need to come into the office 4 days a week.
