If you have the skills that will enable us to continue to enhance our practice and improve outcomes for children and young people, then this is the job for you We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and caring Residential Worker to join our short breaks team. You will support the young people and children on their short-term breaks to provide a positive living and learning environment for young people who access the service This is an exciting opportunity and will offers flexible working hours during evenings, weekends, and school holidays, to provide short breaks for disabled children and young people Prescot Drive is a short-term breaks home offering accommodation to young people with severe learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders, and complex physical disabilities, some of whom will have associated medical needs. The home provides short breaks for 8 years of age up to their 18th birthday. The objective of the breaks is to provide enjoyable, stimulating, and fun experiences for children and young people, whilst also affording their parents/ carers a break.
