Job Responsibilities
1. Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests coming into the club and maintain communication with them throughout their stay.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for Indigo Rock guests, delivering personalised concierge services.
3. Brief guests on how the club works and answer any questions they may have.
4. Provide a link between the club and the villas, liaise directly with house owners to resolve accommodation issues quickly and efficiently.
5. Confidently give guidance and recommendations on the club facilities and what there is to do in the local area.
6. Actively promote the club to meet weekly upselling targets.
7. Manage and coordinate resort bookings and activities.
8. Proactively identify and address guest concerns or issues to ensure a swift resolution.
9. Respond to guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner.
10. Facilitate check-ins/check-outs and handle guest queries and requests on their arrival/departure.
11. Build strong relationships and rapport with guests to gather feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
12. Communicate any changes to the daily agenda with guests effectively.
13. Advise guests on any weather and sea conditions that may affect what watersports are running.
14. Record all pertinent information relating to a guest's holiday to allow us to deliver a better service during their next stay.
15. Communicate effectively with other teams to facilitate a seamless guest experience.
16. Host and facilitate a number of social events each week including but not limited to: Shipwreck Trip, Peli Quiz, Food Festival, and other evening events.
