Do you enjoy turning raw data into valuable insights? Aviva’s Personal Lines Business is seeking a BI Developer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your data skills further to impact our business growth and contribute to our data-driven strategy.
Key aspects of the role:
As a BI Developer, you will be involved in developing visualisation dashboards to provide business insights. You will collaborate with our business partners to gather requirements and create data visualisations that address business questions. The ideal candidate will have some experience in building visualisations, this could be in Excel, Power BI, Qliksense, Tableau or any other tools that your role uses to create data insights. You will work closely with senior developers to work with best practices and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed decisions and improve customer experiences.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience in creating insights, MI, and reports from data, including updating reports and creating pivots / charts in Excel.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on simplifying data.
* Passion for numbers and accuracy, with experience in aggregating and transforming data.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to translate requirements into data insights.
* Suitable for an Administrator, Co-Ordinator, or Assistant with significant reporting duties, or a Data Analyst ready to advance in their BI career.

* Starting salary circa £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
