Duties/Responsibilities:
* Greets guest and obtains customer order; uses electronic ordering/cashiering system to place order and complete payment transaction.
* Ensures all closing duties are completed.
* Promotes the Casino through good will and positive attitude.
* Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
* Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
* Knows the menu items and prices.
* Offers assistance to all guests.
* Upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic.
* Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
* Handles any guest’s complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur.
* Performs other duties specified or assigned.
* Understands that schedules are subject to change.
* Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.
* All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
* One year cashier in quick serve or drive through experience preferred.
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Ability to communicate with Team members and guests.
Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
* Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrates the ability to establish credibility and rapport with operating leaders.
Physical Requirements:
* Requires prolonged standing and walking.
* Requires eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, normal hearing and normal vision.
* Requires the use of electrical equipment.
* Requires regular, predictable attendance.
* Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
* Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and customers.
* Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
* Ability to be a TEAM player.
* Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
* Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
* Must be able to work in a loud, bright, and/or smoky environment.
