Job Summary:
To understand the essence and importance of hospitality within the The Sloane Club.
Responsible for participating in all activities of the Club, to contribute to the smooth running of the Restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of guest service.
Manage and control all duties and mis- en- place through all the different service times
Have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on sale to members
Have a comprehensive knowledge of table lay out and numbers for each room
Complete the cleaning rota on a daily basis
Be punctual and adhere to weekly rota
Be able to work within a team efficiently and effectively
Giving constructive input when required
Have a sound knowledge of all details relevant to the building
Maintain good customer relations at all times with our members and their guests
Have the knowledge and ability to setup all rooms to their original floor plan
Making sure the main fridge is stocked, clean and tidy at all times before each service
Making sure that the bread station is stocked, clean and tidy at all times
The coffee station is stocked and kept consistently clean and presentable
Constantly checking Coffee and Tea stock levels
Making sure that the glasswasher is ready before service and kept clean at all times
Linen cupboard is stocked properly and kept clean and tidy at all times
Ensuring all crockery and Silverware is cleaned and polished to the highest standard
Responsible to deliver drinks/beverages from the bar
Responsible for making all type of teas/coffee and deliver them to the table
Be fully knowledgeable of the menu dishes and concept
Responsible to deliver dishes/food from the Kitchen pass to the tables
