Here at Marlborough Highways we are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our fantastic newly formed team at our Greenwich depot. The Administrator will provide a full range of support to the Commercial and Operational Teams based within our Greenwich Contract.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inputting job information onto clients Symology database system
2. Collating and reviewing records and photos of jobs and ensuring they comply with the contract requirements
3. Updating internal project trackers
4. Updating teams daily activities
5. Collate data for the performance reporting for contract
6. Maintain records of holidays
7. Provide cover for preparing and invoicing the client
8. Collation of subcontract payment information for approval
9. Assist with completion of works planning spreadsheets
10. Compilation of cost information
11. Good receiving tickets for various material.
12. Generating order numbers
13. Ordering materials
14. Printing stats for various schemes when required
15. Creating job numbers
16. Processing weekly timesheets
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Accurate with an eye for detail
2. Logical thinker
3. Proactive, with the ability to work off own initiative
4. Good IT skills including office suite (Excel, Word etc)
5. Experience in working with databases
6. An understanding of highways and civil engineering work streams and environment would be beneficial
