We are looking for a motivated HGV Service Advisor to join our client near Bicester.
The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information throughout the service process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Role
1. Serve as the main contact for customers, ensuring a smooth service experience
2. Maximise workshop bookings via outbound calls and emails
3. Manage MOT bookings and invoicing ahead of test dates
4. Communicate with customer requests and complete job cards accurately
5. Promote additional services and repairs
Requirements
1. Strong understanding of the motor industry (HGV)
2. Previous experience in a HGV Service Advisor role or a similar Customer Service position
3. Strong organisational and administrative abilities
4. Proactive, with problem-solving and analytical skills
The Package
£28,000 + up to £31,000 OTE
