Project Administrator / Coordinator
£26k-£32k Basic Salary (depending on experience) + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

We are currently looking for a Project Administrator / Coordinator to join the team based in Whiteley.
Job Summary:
Fully employed full-time position, up to £26k-£32k salary subject to experience + 25 days holiday, bank holidays & pension.
Daily tracking of contracts and projects.
Production of project documentation (Risk Assessments / Project Handovers).
Create project planners and schedules.
Planning workloads, managing engineers/staff, scheduling works, organising sub-contractors, diary management.
Processing certification and various administration duties.
Office based in Whiteley.
Standard hours are 8am-5pm.What we are looking for:
Must have previous experience in a similar Project Administration or Coordinator type position.
Ideally experience in the Solar PV, Battery Storage or EV industry - however if not experience in a related construction, engineering, M&E or building services sector would also suit well.
Full UK driving licence (no more than 3 points) is ideal
Can work successfully within a team
A keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
